Every Patriot Construction project follows a structured process designed to eliminate surprises, keep you informed, and deliver a finished result that exceeds what was on the drawings.
On-Site Walkthrough
Timothy Ray walks the project with you personally. We listen first, measure, and leave with a clear understanding of scope.
Most consultations take 30 to 60 minutes. We want to see the project in context, how the space relates to the rest of the home, what structural considerations exist, what existing systems may be affected. No pressure. No sales pitch.
Scope & Firm Bid
A written scope of work with material selections and a firm price. You know every line item before a decision gets locked in.
This is where the vision becomes a plan. We walk through material options, discuss where to invest and where to save, and coordinate with engineers or architects when a project needs them.
Precision Execution
Our crews run the build. Clean jobsite. Honest schedule. Daily communication. 15+ years of experience behind every cut.
Permits and inspections are ours to manage. If something changes, you hear about it first, and in writing. We protect floors, contain dust, and clean up at the end of every day.
Walkthrough & Handover
When the work is done, we walk every detail with you. Final payment is not due until you are genuinely satisfied.
We address any punch-list items before closing out the project. Then we show you how to live with the new space, maintenance, materials, warranties, so the home serves you for years.
